1.  How Hungry Delivery works

Hungry delivery has exclusive partnerships with a number of high quality independent stores in your area.

We think that good quality produce from our finest local stores, can and should be made easier to purchase and appreciate.

To purchase a wide range of fresh produce, from specialised local shops and get your order delivered to your door, simply follow steps 1-2.

STEP 1 (Find local shops)

Submit your post code to confirm the shops that will deliver to your area.

STEP 2 (Go shopping)

Go shopping by either selecting the store you wish to shop in or, if you have a specific product in mind, enter the item into the box and press 'submit'.

                STEP 3 (Checkout)

Once you have added all the items you require to your basket, enter your account details, select an appropriate delivery time slot and check out

2.  How do I check out?

Once you have completed your shop if you have not already registered you are required to set up your account. This will include setting your username and password. 

3.  What are the available delivery slots?

Orders can be made 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Delivery slots are available between 5-9PM, Monday to Friday. If you require a same day delivery your order has to be processed before 12PM that day.

4.  The product does not appear to be available on the site?

If the product does not come up on the search by item section, please email us at info@hungrydelivery.co.uk and we will do our best to source it for you from one of our local suppliers.

5.  How do I track my delivery?

If you require an update on your delivery progress, visit the contact us section for the drivers contact details.

6.  Which forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards including Maestro, Switch, Visa, Mastercard and Delta. We cannot accept payment by cash or by cheque.

7.  What if I forget my password?

If you have forgotten your password, please click on "Forgotten your password?" in the Sign In box and it will be emailed to the email address you registered with us to create an account.
