We’re very proud to use Gordon for our deliveries – powered by electricity he is practically silent and emits zero o2 emissions.  By shopping with Hungry Delivery you’re helping to reduce traffic and pollution on our local streets - good news for the whole community.  We hope other businesses will see Gordon and be encouraged to go electric themselves.

Sustainable Sourcing
Hungry Delivery only partners with shops whose produce is sustainably sourced. Our fishmonger for example, supplies fish that has been caught around the British Isles and complies with fish stock sustainability legislation.

Animal Welfare
Our butcher stocks a wide range of free range and organic meats and vets its suppliers carefully for animal welfare standards, avoiding suppliers who use intensive production systems. All of the meat (except for the Wagyu steak) is sourced from the UK.

Reducing Food Miles
“Food miles” is the term used to describe the distance that food travels from production to consumer. Most supermarkets airfreight a lot of their products, but Hungry Delivery is proud to partner with shops that focus on seasonal UK produce.  Our greengrocer knows the best regional producers and will source as locally as possible.
